Sepideh Karimi

I’m a Brand Designer with more than six years of professional experience across advertising, technology, and freelance design. Based in Terlingua, TX, I specialize in building visual identities that help organizations communicate with clarity, purpose, and consistency.

I hold an MFA in Graphic Design from Oklahoma State University, where I also gained experience teaching as a Teaching Assistant and Instructor. I currently serve as Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Visual and Performing Arts at Sul Ross State University while continuing my work as a freelance Brand and Visual Designer.

With a background in Architecture, I bring a strong understanding of structure, space, and systems to my approach to branding and visual communication. I take a curious, research-informed approach to design, seeking to understand the people, context, and goals behind a brand before developing its visual identity. My process moves from research and concept development to refinement and the creation of cohesive visual systems across digital and print applications.

Outside of design, I paint and practice Ashtanga yoga. Both cultivate patience, observation, and attention to detail. These qualities continue to shape the way I approach my work.
